What's AuPairly's role once we've found the right candidate?
We help you find the strongest people for the role. The rest of the hiring process, interviews, contracts and all, is yours to run. We don't get involved beyond the introduction, so you stay in full control of how the final decision gets made.
What's the biggest way AuPairly saves my agency time?
We bring new candidates onto the platform and keep your live roles in front of them, so you don't have to chase either. That leaves you free to focus on your shortlist and your client, where your time is actually worth spending.
How active are your candidates?
We only show active profiles in search, so you're only seeing candidates who've logged in and used AuPairly in the last 3 months. Candidates can be reached on WhatsApp, by email, or through in-platform messaging, whichever gets a reply fastest. Our own promotion of live roles keeps the pool fresh too, with people who are looking for work right now.
What do the verification checks actually involve?
ID verification, reference checks and criminal record checks are all available on AuPairly Partners. ID and reference checks are included in your monthly allowance. Criminal record checks are always paid from your credit balance, on every plan.
ID verification confirms the candidate is who they say they are, by matching a live selfie to their ID photo.
For a reference check, we contact up to four referees directly and confirm the working relationship, gathering real feedback about the candidate.
A criminal record check is a biometric fingerprint check for any outstanding or past convictions. It only goes ahead once the candidate has given consent.
What level of support do we get?
AuPairly Partners is self-serve by design, so there's no account manager and no sales calls slowing you down. That's what keeps the price down and the product fast to use. How does role promotion work?
We promote your active client roles through our own marketing channels, at no extra cost to you. We decide when and how a role gets shown, based on what works best for candidates and agencies. Got a tight deadline or an unusual request? Email us and we'll make a plan.
How does the marketplace work?
AuPairly doesn't offer exclusivity over any candidate or role, for agencies or for families searching directly. This is normal marketplace activity, and it works in your favour. It's exactly what makes AuPairly attractive to top candidates, since everyone gets a fair shot at finding the right role.
What happens if we go over our included checks?
Once you use your monthly ID and reference check allowance, further checks draw from your credit balance, and criminal record checks always come from that balance regardless of your plan. Credits don't expire, so nothing's wasted if you don't use them all in one month. If your balance runs low, we'll prompt you to top up before a check goes ahead.
Can I put my own branding on the candidate documents I send to clients?
On the Gold plan, yes. Your candidate exports carry your agency's logo instead of ours, so what your client sees looks like it came straight from you. Bronze and Silver exports are branded AuPairly Partners.
