You can still view your existing conversations, but you won't be able to initiate contact with new au pairs until you renew your subscription.

Yes. You can purchase a new subscription at any time. If you have an active subscription, the new one will start when the current one expires.

Due to the digital nature of our service, subscriptions are non-refundable. However, if you experience technical issues, please contact our support team.

Yes. Au pairs create their profile and get discovered by families completely free of charge. There is no cost at any stage for au pairs.

Sign up at aupairly.net and choose "I'm an Au Pair". Complete the onboarding form — it takes about 5 minutes. Once submitted, our team reviews your profile and most are approved within 24 hours.

Subscribed families can message you directly through AuPairly's secure messaging system. You'll receive a notification when a family sends you a message.

Yes. Your profile lets you indicate full-time, part-time, or both, along with your available-from date.

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Yoco, a leading South African payment provider. Payments are processed securely.

Subscriptions are not auto-renewing. You purchase 7-day or 30-day access and it expires at the end of that period. You can repurchase at any time.

Traditional au pair agencies in South Africa charge R3,000–R8,000+ for placement. AuPairly gives families direct access to vetted au pair profiles for R199–R299, with no middleman and no hidden fees.
