The promoter of this promotional competition is Aupairly (Pty) Ltd ("the Promoter"), registered in the Republic of South Africa.

Competition Overview

• •The Aupairly Launch Prize Draw ("the Competition") offers one (1) cash prize of R5,000 (Five Thousand Rand).
• •The Competition is open to the first 1,000 childcare providers who successfully create a profile on the Aupairly platform as an "au pair" (including nannies, babysitters and other childcare providers listed under the au pair category); and
• •Pass Aupairly's profile review and approval process.

Eligibility

To qualify, participants must:

• •Be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
• •Be a legal resident of the Republic of South Africa
• •Successfully complete their profile and be approved by Aupairly
• •Fall within the first 1,000 approved profiles
• •Employees, directors and immediate family members of Aupairly are not eligible to enter.

Entry Period

The Competition will commence on the official launch date of the Aupairly platform and will close automatically once 1,000 qualifying and approved profiles have been reached.

Winner Selection

• •The winner will be selected by random draw from the pool of the first 1,000 approved profiles.
• •The draw will take place within 14 days of reaching the 1,000 approved profile threshold.

Winner Notification

• •The winner will be notified via the contact details provided on their profile (email and/or telephone).
• •If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of notification, or fails to respond, the Promoter reserves the right to draw an alternative winner.

Prize Payment

The R5,000 cash prize:

• •Must be claimed within 30 days of the winner being notified
• •Will be paid via electronic funds transfer (EFT) into a South African bank account in the winner's name
• •Is not transferable or exchangeable
• •No cash alternatives or substitutions will be permitted.

General

• •Participation in the Competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• •The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Competition if required by law or due to circumstances beyond its control.
• •The Promoter's decision regarding any aspect of the Competition will be final and binding.
• •The Competition is conducted in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
