Hi there! I'm Loren, and I'm passionate about working with children. I've been caring for them since I was 15, and my journey has taken me through babysitting, special needs education, and crèche work – experiences that have given me a real understanding of what children need to thrive. I believe the best au pairs are adaptable, reliable, and genuinely nurturing. I'm someone who shows up on time, supports children's learning with homework help, and creates a warm, caring environment. My special needs background means I'm patient and thoughtful with different personalities and learning styles. Outside of childcare, I'm a reader and love outdoor experiences – things I enjoy sharing with the children I care for. Family is incredibly important to me, and that's why I'm committed to being a trusted part of yours. I'm First Aid qualified and police cleared, fluent in English and Afrikaans, and available full-time from April 2026. I'm based in Pelican Heights and genuinely excited about the opportunity to support your family and help your children grow.
