Work Experience

Hi, I'm Summer! I'm a caring and patient person who genuinely loves working with children. As a Sunday school teacher, I've had the privilege of building meaningful relationships with kids and understand the importance of creating a safe, nurturing environment for them. I'm First Aid qualified and have experience working with children with special needs, along with formal child safety training. These qualifications, combined with my natural patience and respect for boundaries, help me stay professional while keeping children's wellbeing at the centre of everything I do. As a Christian, kindness and integrity guide how I approach my work. I'm committed to supporting families in whatever way they need and take pride in being reliable and trustworthy. I'm currently still in school but available for part-time au pair positions from March 2026. I speak English and Afrikaans fluently, and I'm based in Newton Park, Eastern Cape. I'd love to become part of a family and contribute to creating a happy, safe home environment for your children.
