Hello! I'm Thandi, and I'm passionate about working with children. I completed my Educate qualification at Flavius Mareka TVET College and have two years of hands-on experience working with young children, including Grade R training with 5-6 year olds. This time has taught me so much about understanding children's needs and personalities. I'm a nurturing, loving person who believes every child deserves to feel safe, cared for, and truly understood. I approach childcare with patience and gentleness, but I'm also firm when needed—I believe in gentle parenting that's consistent and kind. I connect easily with children and take time to really listen to them. I'm disciplined, soft-hearted, and genuinely committed to making a positive difference in the lives of the families I work with. I speak English and Sotho fluently, and I'm available for full-time au pair work from April 2026. I'm excited about the opportunity to bring my experience, warmth, and dedication to childcare into your family home.
