Hi there! I'm Irene, and I absolutely love working with children, especially toddlers. I have extensive experience caring for newborns and mobile little ones who are naturally curious about the world around them. I'm passionate about creating fun, engaging activities that encourage learning and exploration while keeping safety as my top priority. What makes me a great au pair is my patience, flexibility, and creativity when it comes to childcare. I believe every child deserves to feel loved, secure, and nurtured, and I work hard to create that warm, trusting environment every single day. I'm also a strong communicator, which means families always know what's happening and how their little ones are doing. I'm First Aid qualified, have special needs experience, and have completed child safety training. I speak English, Xhosa, Zulu, and Sotho, which helps me connect with families across South Africa. I'm available full-time from March 2026 and based in Greenpoint, Western Cape. I'm genuinely excited about joining a family and becoming part of their journey!
