About
Work Experience
Hello! I'm Dimakatso, and I'm excited about the opportunity to join a family as an au pair. While I don't have formal childcare experience, I've spent meaningful time caring for babies within my own family, and I genuinely enjoy nurturing their development and happiness. I believe in creating structured routines balanced with play-based learning—I find that consistency helps children feel secure and engaged. What matters most to me is building relationships founded on respect, with both the children and the families I work with. Every child is unique, and I understand that families have their own values and parenting approaches. Rather than imposing my own ideas, I'm committed to adapting my care to what works best for your family. I'm a thoughtful, flexible caregiver who takes pride in supporting children's growth. I'm multilingual—fluent in English, Tswana, and Zulu—and I hold a valid driver's license. I'm available part-time from March 2026 and based in Soshanguve, Gauteng. I'd love to become a trusted part of your family and contribute to a positive, nurturing environment for your children.

What Makes Me a Great Au Pair
I understand that every child has their own unique personality and background. I never impose my beliefs on my approach to childcare, and instead adapt to each family's values and parenting style.
