I'm Zaan, and I'm passionate about making a real difference in children's lives. With three years of experience working in special needs schools, I've developed a deep understanding of how to support learners both academically and emotionally. I'm a certified reader and scribe, and I've assisted students during exams—work that's taught me patience, attention to detail, and how to adapt my approach to each child's needs. What drives me most is that calm, nurturing presence children need to thrive. I take full responsibility in everything I do, and caring for and teaching kids comes naturally to me. I genuinely believe in the importance of being involved in a child's upbringing and helping shape their character and values. I'm also First Aid qualified and have completed Child Safety Training, so you can feel confident that your children are in capable, safety-conscious hands. I'm fluent in both English and Afrikaans, and I'm available full-time from March 2026.
