Work Experience

Hi! I'm Refilwe, and I'm passionate about providing warm, nurturing childcare. I've spent the last two years as a live-in au pair in Europe, caring for children aged 3 to 7. In the Netherlands, I looked after two girls aged 6 and 7, and then moved to Belgium where I cared for a 4-year-old boy and 3-year-old girl. These experiences have taught me so much about creating safe, loving environments where children thrive. I'm patient and calm under pressure, which helps me handle the everyday challenges of childcare with ease. I'm excellent with routines but flexible enough to adapt when plans change. I genuinely enjoy stimulating children's creativity and imagination through play and activities. My positive, smiling approach means kids feel happy and secure around me. I communicate clearly with families and take pride in building strong relationships. I'm available for full-time work and based in Olivedale, Gauteng. I'm excited to bring my experience and enthusiasm to a South African family and make a real difference in your children's daily lives.
