Work Experience

Hi! I'm Mickayla, and I'm passionate about providing caring, nurturing childcare. My experience includes working as a Sunday school teacher and junior Bible class instructor, where I've led activities and supported children's learning and growth. I've also tutored and babysat children of various ages, including my own nieces and nephews, which has given me hands-on experience and deep insight into different developmental stages. I believe in creating safe, loving environments where children feel secure and valued. I'm patient, responsible, and committed to kindness and respect in everything I do. My teaching background helps me engage children meaningfully, guide their development, and balance fun with structure through consistent routines and positive encouragement. I'm First Aid qualified and available full-time from immediately. I speak English and Afrikaans fluently, and I'm based in Eldorado Park, Gauteng.
